Terms of service

1. These terms of service ("Terms") set out the rights and obligations between you ("the user") and us when you access, register for or use our products, software, website and services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with everything in these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

2. The Service provides solutions related to phone numbers, receiving verification codes (OTP), online accounts and related utilities. You are responsible for how you use it and agree not to use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful to third parties.

3. Some features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information, and you are fully responsible for keeping your account and password secure and for all activity under your account.

4. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we detect a breach of these Terms, misuse, harm to the system, or at the request of a competent authority.

5. The Service may include free and paid features. For paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees in full. All payments are subject to the payment and refund policies (if any) published on the system.

6. We may change, upgrade or suspend part or all of the Service without prior notice to keep the system performing well or in line with its development.

7. You agree not to exploit system vulnerabilities, carry out cyberattacks, spread malware, spam, or use automated tools in a way that disrupts the normal operation of the Service.

8. The content, technology and systems belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or exploit them in any form without our written permission.

9. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from using or being unable to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption or financial loss.

10. The Service may integrate with or link to third-party platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

11. You must have the legal capacity required by applicable law to use the Service. If you are under the permitted age or otherwise not legally eligible, you may not use the Service.

12. These Terms may be updated at any time. A new version takes effect as soon as it is published on the website. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be resolved under the laws in force where the Service is operated (Vietnam). If this English version differs from the Vietnamese version, the Vietnamese version prevails.
