Payment policy

This policy sets out the payment methods, deposit process, refunds and related conditions for using HupSMS services.

1. Payment methods

HupSMS supports the following deposit methods:

• Bank transfer: Domestic transfer from any bank in Vietnam. Confirmed automatically or manually.
• USDT (Tether): USDT transfer on the BSC network (BNB Smart Chain). Confirmed automatically by a blockchain scanner.

2. Currency

All transactions on HupSMS are in Vietnamese dong (VND). For USDT payments, the exchange rate applied is the one in effect when the deposit request is created. Amounts shown in US dollars on the English site are approximate and for information only.

3. Deposit process

• Sign in and open "Deposit"
• Choose a payment method and enter the amount
• Make the transfer using the details provided (with the exact transfer description)
• The system confirms it automatically and credits your balance

Note: The transfer description must match the instructions exactly. A wrong description may delay confirmation.

4. Refund policy

HupSMS refunds as follows:

• Automatic refunds: When an SMS verification activation expires without an SMS code, the system automatically refunds 100% of the order to your balance.
• Refunds to balance: All refunds are credited to your account balance on the system, not returned to the original payment method.

5. No refund in these cases

• You have received a valid OTP/SMS
• An SMS order has sent a message successfully
• Errors caused by your own mistakes or incorrect API integration
• Breach of the terms of service
• Accounts locked for fraud or abuse

6. Processing times

• Deposits (bank transfer): Instant, up to 30 minutes (depending on the bank)
• Deposits (USDT): Instant once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain
• Automatic refunds: Instant when the order expires
• Manual refunds (admin): Within 24 working hours

7. Important notes

• Account balance cannot be exchanged for cash
• Withdrawals and transfers of balance between accounts are not supported
• Remaining balance in a permanently locked account is not refunded
• You are responsible for checking the transfer description before sending
