Warranty policy

HupSMS is committed to service quality and to protecting its users through the transparent warranty policy below.

1. Scope

This warranty policy covers the following services:

• Receive OTP (SMS verification): 100% refund if no SMS code is received during the activation period
• Send SMS: Refund if no SMS could be sent during the rental period
• Proxies: Replacement of a proxy that stops working while it is still valid

2. Conditions

To qualify under this policy, you must:

• Use the service as instructed and for its intended purpose
• Have an order that is still within its validity period (not expired)
• Not yet have received the OTP/SMS, or the service has not been delivered successfully
• Not breach the terms of service

3. Automatic refunds

HupSMS is built with automatic refunds to protect you as much as possible:

• SMS verification: When the activation expires without an SMS code, the system automatically refunds 100% of the order to your balance
• Send SMS: When the order expires before any SMS is sent, the system refunds you automatically

Automatic refunds happen immediately, with no request needed from you.

4. Not covered

The following cases are not covered and not refunded:

• You have received a valid OTP/SMS
• An SMS order has sent a message successfully (even if sends remain)
• Choosing the wrong service or using it for the wrong purpose
• Errors caused by your own API or software
• Accounts that breach the terms of service or are locked

5. Requesting support

If you need help beyond the automatic process, you can:

• Email support@hupsms.com with your order ID
• Message us on Telegram @hupsms

Please include: the order ID, a description of the problem, and a screenshot (if available).

6. Processing times

• Automatic refunds: Instant (as soon as the order expires)
• Manual support: Within 24 working hours
• Proxy replacement: Within 24 working hours
